My Homemade Dough Enhancer
Following the directions provided on Chickens in the Road for making homemade dough enhancer, I have attempted my own. I wasn't able to find the exact ingredients that were recommended, but I think these are close enough. The only key difference is the substitution of Soy Flour for the Lecithin granuals. The final product is in the container at the bottom of the photo. It smells really good because of the ginger.
